Jewelry Care

Your beaded jewelry is made to last, but as always, with handmade products, taking proper care will ensure their longevity.  Your jewelry is made with delicate Japanese glass seed beads which are fragile and should be handled with care.  The best practice is to put your earrings or necklace on after you have applied makeup, hairspray, perfume, etc. as these may affect the finish, luster and beauty of the beads. Metal jewelry components may patina over time. Brass may be cleaned using a jewelry polishing cloth. Always wear the clear earring backs that are provided to prevent accidental loss.

How should I store my earrings?

It is best to hang your beaded earrings or store them flat.

Can I keep the earrings on while I shower/swim?

Your beaded pieces will survive a dip or two; however, moisture can affect particular bead finishes and thread tension. Please allow your pieces to air dry completely. Do not use heat.  Avoid saltwater exposure.

When will my order ship?

I offer free shipping on your purchase. All items are shipped in 1-3 business days.

All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I only ship to US addresses.

Returns

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns (due to sanitary reasons) for any purchases unless you received the wrong item or the product was damaged in shipping.   If you received the wrong item, or your purchase was damaged, please contact me about the issue and we can work something out!
